“Bardha e Temal” is a love novel, but at the same time it is also a reflection of the Albanian society of the last century, better to say of a part of this society, of Northern Albania. In “Bardha e Temal”, as in many other works, true love is doomed from the beginning to end in tragedy. The two protagonists, Bardha and Aradi, are two beings with all the virtues, but unlucky. They fall in love, suffer the most terrible sufferings of this passion.
